Testimonials

  • “Nimet has walked the walk herself and asks truly thought-provoking questions. Every session has made me go further and deeper than I believed I would. It’s a guided self-exploration that feels safe, unique, profound, and truly inclusive. I highly recommend getting in touch with Nimet to explore your emotions, decisions, visions, and more. ”

Solène Anglaret, Founder of Be Beyond Borders, Speaker, Writer and Facilitator

  • “I’ve been fortunate to benefit from Nimet’s brilliant coaching. When I’m in a coaching conversation with Nimet, I feel heard, supported and understood. She listens carefully, gives me the space to reflect and asks questions that really challenge my thinking. When I leave a coaching conversation with Nimet, I come away with new perspectives, different approaches, inspiration and a renewed love and connection to my work.”

Rosie Connor, Global Director BTS Sparks (Social Impact arm of BTS Global Leadership Consultancy)

  • “It is difficult to convey in words the calm, caring, professional, thoughtful way in which Nimet engaged with me during our coaching sessions. For those sessions the outside world simply stopped. It was obvious that it was safe to share anything with Nimet and in doing so I started to learn more about myself and in time I came to understand what was truly important to me. I was able to re-frame my thinking and with her gentle guidance I became more confident to make decisions that were right for me.”

Philip Feibusch, Former Senior Partner Arthur Anderson / Director Waverley Equity UK

  • “I had the fortune of meeting Nimet when working as a Senior Tax Director at Arthur Anderson. What I thought was going to be a consulting exercise about managing my team, quickly turned into a very personal insight into my own corporate dreams (and fear). A truly rewarding experience for me to watch Nimet in action working her magic on colleagues taking part in the programme and seeing them blossom in confidence. She has this peaceful presence which allows you to slow your thoughts and even heartbeat down. A very gifted coach. ”

Colette Moscati, Artist / Former Senior Tax Director

  • "Working with Nimet feels like switching from noise to signal. Early in our calls she occasionally pauses the chatter and invites me to notice my breath, just long enough for the mental fog to clear and real focus to return. From that calm footing she was unflinching: guiding me to grieve what was ending and transform what felt like existential chaos into a values-driven plan. If you want a coach who pairs gentle mindfulness cues with incisive reality-checks, someone who will hold compassionate space yet still insist you act – Nimet is that rare fit."

Ovick Alam, Technology Specialist/Executive, (MBA Wharton)

  • "I highly recommend Nimet’s work as a coach. She is sharp, smart and compassionate. In many sessions I felt a strong sense of clarity afterwards. The work was inspiring and insightful."

Samuel Viana Meyler, PhD, Conservation Biology

  • "The International School of Flanders has worked with Nimet Rener several times as part of our focus on staff wellbeing. After her first session, 97% of our team wanted her back, her sessions always leave a lasting positive impact."

Belinda Yates Executive Head, ISF International School in Belgium

The Founder’s Story

At the Heart of TealBerry House

TealBerry House was born from a personal journey and a powerful realization that giving attention to my inner wellbeing was not a luxury; it was fundamental to how I felt, how I connected with others and how I experienced life.

From Teaching to Consultancy

From a young age, I was deeply sensitive to human kindness and connection, though I couldn’t yet understand why their presence-or absence-so strongly shaped my sense of safety and happiness. It is no surprise therefore, that my career began in developmental psychology and early childhood education, where I saw first hand how emotional and relational experiences shape a person’s inner world. Becoming a parent deepened this understanding and led me into consultancy and coaching, supporting individuals, teams, and leaders to build emotional intelligence and navigate complexity with greater awareness and relational skill—well before it became a leadership buzzword.

Executive Leadership

Later, an invitation to join a values-driven global non-profit working in underserved regions took me into executive leadership, where over nearly two decades I rose to become global director for one of its education agencies. There, with the collaboration and support of many, we led an ambitious initiative to unite over 200 schools and education programmes across 13 countries into one of the world’s largest not-for-profit private school systems. The work was deeply meaningful and I gained rich insight into how large, complex systems function, where they succeed and where they falter.

It took many years - almost imperceptibly at first - before I recognised I was experiencing the all too common symptoms of burnout—emotional fatigue, growing self-doubt, and the disorienting sense that I was becoming someone I didn’t quite recognise or want to be. Working harder and longer did not seem to make it better. These were not just passing feelings; they were signals I could no longer ignore.

This period marked the start of an intentional and quiet inner journey that drew on all my training and experience. It’s taken me towards making choices that are more aligned to my core values and faith, using my natural skills and talents in service of others, whilst also nurturing my wellbeing and relationships with love and attention. I now understand just how profoundly my inner state shapes how I lead myself and others and how I relate and interpret the world around me.

Coming Full Circle - Reclaiming what matters

TealBerry House came into being as a way to continue on this journey, bringing me full circle to coaching and consultancy. I believe that the human side of leadership and change deserves deeper care and attention. We thrive when we live in harmony with our values, honour what truly matters, and nurture our unique talents and gifts. It’s at this intersection that meaningful growth, resilience, and transformation can happen - and where I now focus my efforts.

Today, TealBerry House is a family endeavour. I’m proud to work alongside my husband and son, who bring their passion and expertise to our shared mission. Together, we help people navigate change, balancing performance with wellbeing.

At its heart, TealBerry House is about honouring the essential humanity present in every moment of our lives.
